A: 我们的客服团队会联系您，安排 DNA 采样和后续饮食治疗师的线上咨询时间。

Q6: 使用唾液样本进行检测准确吗?

A: 是的，唾液中含有丰富的口腔细胞。我们通过收集足够的样本，并运用先进技术和严格的检测流程，确保从唾液中提取的基因数据准确无误。

Q7: 检测在哪里进行? 检测结果需要多久出具?

A: 检测在韩国实验室进行，通常需要20至28个工作日。我们会进行三次质量控制检查 (QC)，如果任何一次QC未达标，我们会重新采样，但不会额外收费。

Q8: 基因检测结果如何保证保密性?

A: 我们通过条形码(Barcode)对您的孩子的基因信息进行加密保密处理，无需提供全 名和身份证资料，仅需提供昵称和出生日期。

Q9: 如果我有多个孩子，每个孩子都需要单独检测吗?

A: 是的，每个孩子的基因都是独特的，因此需要进行单独的基因检测，以确保获得准确的健康和发展信息。
